Vitalstatistix exists to support, curate and produce high quality, provocative and challenging live performance, engaging and entertaining diverse audiences and contributing to Australian culture. It is a catalyst and incubator for the development of important, innovative contemporary arts practice. Vitals creates and supports the construction and presentation of new work through devised performance, new media, literature and hybrid projects.

Vitalstatistix supports artists at all levels – from emerging through to established – by providing space and resources for exploration, experimentation and engagement with new ideas, the development of new skills and networks, different contexts for contemporary arts practice and activating unconventional spaces for exchange between artists and audiences. Vitals runs a full program that includes two residencies per year, production and touring of new work, commissions, creative developments, mini festivals and community development projects.
