Kurruru, meaning 'circle' in Kaurna language, is Australia's leading youth performing arts company for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. We are committed to providing quality performing arts opportunities for Indigenous children, young people and their communities across South Australia. Kurruru's home is situated on Kaurna land in Port Adelaide (15km north west of Adelaide CBD).

Kurruru provides an extensive performing arts workshop program, produces award winning performances, engages in significant regional arts and health partnerships, operates the renowned Kurruru Dance Ensemble and other deadly performance troupes, undertakes the innovative Kulcha Moves projects that focus on cultural maintenance and leadership, and has a presence across South Australia at festivals, community events and through our various partnerships.
